Abstract: Overcoming cognitive and emotional barriers of the PL staff and overcoming the still low awareness of the importance of ensuring accessibility at Lublin University of Technology. Informational, educational and promotional activities regarding ensuring communication-informational, digital and architectural accessibility in the form of workshops, courses and trainings conducted by graduates of social sciences employed in training companies. Activities in the area of radically increasing the digital accessibility of the University in terms of WCAG 2.1, which are also important for researchers in the field of technical computer science, as well as supplementing architectural accessibility.
