Abstract: The planned research addresses one of the most important issues being addressed in the construction industry. Their goal is to develop a tool for aggregating the assessments of decision makers for a construction process execution duration prediction system. In order to best account for the linguistic uncertainty of the decision makers' evaluations, their aggregation will be modeled using recently developed developments of the classical fuzzy approach to describe the state of risk and uncertainty of evaluations. It is planned to consider the following types of fuzzy sets: neutrosophic, hesitant, probabilistic and continuous interval-valued. For each type of fuzzy sets, the most appropriate way of modeling consensus among decision makers will be developed. Then it is planned to evaluate the quality of aggregation using its measures available in the literature: Group Euclidian Distance, Group Minimum Violations and Ratio Judgments. Based on this, a method of modeling the trade-off between the judgments of decision makers will be selected recommended for use in the developed system for supporting the prediction of construction process execution durations.
