Abstract: The main objective of the project is to support the preparation of staff for the needs of a modern economy in the power industry, by establishing and supporting the operation of the Industry Skills Center (BCU) in Radzyń County in the field of electricity (Scientific Discipline: Automation, Electronics, Electrical Engineering and Space Technologies) and training 600 participants, including 180 students, 360 adults, 60 teachers of vocational education. The project will be implemented by:

- carrying out adaptation and renovation works of the existing ZSP building in Radzyń Podlaski for the purposes of establishing a BCU in the field of electricity in Radzyń County, together with the purchase of the necessary equipment for teaching laboratories,

- establishing the BCU Council,

- entering the Industry Skills Center in the field of electricity into the education system,

- entering a new qualification called "energy storage electrician" to the Integrated Qualification System by the industry entity, i.e. the Polish Association of Professional Heat and Power Plants, and its performance as the Certifying Institution,

- organization of training and courses.

The implementation of the project in partnership is crucial from the point of view of achieving the assumed goals and results of the investment. All Partners are closely associated with the power industry, including inextricably with the field of electricity, and have experience in conducting educational and training activities, which will be used in the BCU operation phase and at least during the project durability period. The effect of the implementation of the project will also be the entry of a new qualification - "energy storage electrician" to the Integrated Qualification System by the industry partner - the Polish Association of Professional Heat and Power Plants, and its performance as the certifying institution.
