Abstract: The planned research activities will focus on laminated composite materials, including: development of algorithms for identification and characterization of thermomechanical coupling behavior and critical evaluation of the benefits or lack thereof for a wide range of functional and/or structural applications of the materials. Additionally, a parametric study is planned for buckling load in a range of lengths, where we can gradually reduce the length of the profile.
