Abstract: The aim of the project was to develop a manufacturing method and make a prototype of a magnetic field induction sensor based on a thin-film structure showing the effect of giant magnetoresistance. As part of the research work, it was planned to examine the impact of material, technological and construction parameters on the obtained value of change in resistance when changing the induction of a constant magnetic field. Finally, after many measurements and tests, optimal parameters were selected in order to obtain a magnetic induction sensor with the best magnetoresistive properties. At the same time, a sequence of technological processes allowing for its implementation was developed and described. The proposed method may enable the implementation of a new electronic device. The project was developed within the discipline of Automation, Electronics and Electrical Engineering.
