Abstract: The aim of the project is to organize and conduct the international scientific conference 16th European-African Regional Conference of the ISTVS. The conference is planned for October 11 - 13, 2023 and will take place in approximately 100 participants, scientists and researchers from around the world. ISTVS (Internaitonal Society of Terrain Vehicle Systems) is a global scientific organization bringing together specialists in the field of terramechanics and technology automotive, soil mechanics and soil science. The mission of ISTVS is to advance knowledge about the systems off-road vehicles and work machines to improve engineering practice and innovation. ISTVS it also promotes the transfer of advanced knowledge to the user for the benefit of all society, in terms of environmental protection, energy saving and sustainable development. This conference concerns the discipline of mechanical engineering.
