Gender Equality at the LUT

Lublin University of Technology is committed to ensuring and promoting gender equality. The University's gender equality plans are embedded in a series of initiatives, reports and action plans in line with the main approach to equality, diversity and inclusion.

The history of implementation of the Gender Equality Plan at LUT:

• 21 December 2021 - appointment of a Team to develop a Gender Equality Plan for Lublin University of Technology (Rector's Ordinance No. R-128/2021),
• 17 November 2022. - introduction of the LUT's GENDER EQUALITY PLAN (Rector's Ordinance No. R-96/2022) adapted to the requirements of the Horizon Europe Gender Equality Plan (GEP), 
• 17 November 2022 - appointment of the Rector's Representative for Equality and the Team for the implementation and monitoring of the Gender Equality Plan for Lublin University of Technology (Rector's Ordinance No. R-97/2022).
