Monika Choroś, M.A., from the Polish Metrological Union visited the Universidad Tecnológica de Panamá (UTP) in October of this year. During the visit, meetings were held with the Vice-Rector for Research, the International Affairs Office, and key UTP units involved in research, innovation, IT, and education.
Discussions focused on research projects, technological innovations, sustainable development, energy efficiency, and opportunities for joint research and teaching activities. Numerous research centers and laboratories were also visited, as well as the Faculty of Computer Systems Engineering, where the COIL (Collaborative Online International Learning) initiative was discussed.
The visit confirmed the significant potential for further scientific and educational cooperation and laid a solid foundation for the implementation of joint projects in the future.
