Lublin University of Technology is implementing the 'Human Resources Strategy for Researchers - HRS4R', based on increasing the interesting working conditions, professional mobility, career development and practical and financial support within the research projects.
One of the activities implemented as part of the strategy is the support for career development of research and teaching staff. Therefore, on the 13 March 2023 the Career Development Strategy of Research and Teaching Staff of the Lublin University of Technology (Rector's Ordinance No. R-18/2023) was approved.
