The Eastern Theatre is delighted to invite you to a captivating performance presented in English: "The Republic of Dreams" - a monodrama by Paulina Prokopiuk, directed by Gosia Jakubowska Raczkowska. 

Event Details:

- Date: 25th November (Saturday)

- Time: 6 p.m.

- Location: The Eastern Theatre Studio, Lubartowska 30a, Lublin (follow the banner, turn right, the first entrance to the staircase, the middle door on the high ground floor).

Join us as Zofia, the protagonist of the monodrama, embarks on an inner journey to Schulz's Republic of Dreams. The script is based on a journey to Finnish Lapland, the true stories of locals, and the prose of Bruno Schulz.

About the Performance:

"The Republic of Dreams" is a monodrama based on a story by Bruno Schulz. The screenplay is crafted by Gosia Jakubowska Raczkowska and Paulina Prokopiuk, featuring lighting and visuals by Damian Bakalarz, stage design cooperation by Łukasz Wójtowicz, and music by Stanisław Lesniewski. Paulina Prokopiuk performs the main character.

Do you want to try acting?

The Eastern Theatre invites you to acting workshops conducted in English. 

Workshop Details:

- Getting to know each other

- Theatre warm-up (body, voice, focus)

- Basic acting tasks

- Playing simple scenes

- Evaluation

Workshop Instructor:

Paulina Prokopiuk, is a professional actress with extensive international and educational experience.

Workshop Date:

- 26th Nov, Sunday, 3 p.m - 5 p.m.

How to Prepare:

Take comfortable clothes and a water bottle with you—no previous experience is needed.
