On May 18, 2023, the final conference of the HackVision programming competition was held in Warsaw. The event gathered talented programmers from all over the country, who competed for valuable prizes and the opportunity to gain precious experience in the IT industry.
Among the participants, there was also a team of students from the Department of Computer Science of Lublin University of Technology, which achieved a significant success. The team consists of Adrianna Wrońska, Konrad Wilusz, Artur Zelik, Wiktor Wójcik - talented and ambitious students who prepared intensively for the competition, spending much time on solving complex programming problems.
The activities of the LUT team were not in vain, as they took third place in the competition. This is a huge achievement that confirms their high qualifications and programming skills.
In addition, during the award ceremony, it was announced that one of the students of our team won a unique award - an internship at the Industrial Research Institute for Automation and Measurements (Łukasiewicz – PIAP Institute). This is an extraordinary opportunity for a young programmer, which will allow him to gain valuable experience and learn the practical aspects of working in a highly recognized research institution.
The final conference of the programming competition was not only a place of competition, but also an opportunity to meet and exchange experiences with other professionals. The participants had the opportunity to learn about the latest trends and innovations in the field of programming and to establish contacts with representatives of companies and institutions interested in employing talented programmers.
For the LUT team, participation in the final conference of the competition was a unique experience. The success they have achieved is proof of their commitment, effort and talent in the field of programming. An internship at the Łukasiewicz Institute is not only an honor, but also a great opportunity to develop your skills and gain valuable contacts in the industry.
